1. Product & Pricing
All prices listed are in Thai Baht (THB). Alvinaster reserves the right to
update product availability and pricing without prior notice.

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends
and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking
number upon dispatch.

3. Shipping
We ship within Thailand and to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Shipping
fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers outside these
markets may contact us to arrange delivery. Full details are set out on our

4. Privacy
We collect customer data only to process orders, provide support, and improve
our service. We share information with the service providers required to
fulfil your order — such as our couriers and payment processors — and do not

5. Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unworn and
unwashed with original tags attached. Full details are set out on our

6. Intellectual Property
All content on alvinaster.com — including images, product designs, and
branding — is the intellectual property of Alvinaster Co., Ltd.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
