Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of inspection.

Customers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia are welcome to return items on the same terms; return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days with a tracking number. Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Thailand and 3–7 business days to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Shipping is free throughout Thailand, and free to those markets on orders of 2,000 THB or more.
