Every ALVINASTER order is packed by hand in our Bangkok studio and dispatched with a tracking number.
We currently deliver to Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
If you are ordering from elsewhere, write to us at contact@alvinaster.com — we can often arrange delivery on request.

Delivery times are counted from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and Thai public holidays.
Orders placed after 15:00 ICT are processed the following business day.
During collection launches and sale periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always let you know if this affects your order.
If you need something urgently and you are in Bangkok, we are happy to arrange same-day delivery by Grab or Lalamove.
Email or message us on Instagram before placing your order, or immediately after. Express delivery is charged at cost and paid by the customer — we will confirm the fee with you before booking.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Domestic orders are sent via Kerry Express, Flash Express or an equivalent courier. International orders are sent by a tracked courier service.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the number.
Couriers occasionally run behind, particularly around Thai public holidays and Songkran.
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email us at contact@alvinaster.com with your order number and we will trace it with the courier directly. We will keep you updated until it is resolved.
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can update an address within 24 hours of your order if it has not yet been dispatched — email us as soon as possible.
We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout, or for parcels left in an unsecured location at the courier's discretion.
Prices on alvinaster.com are shown in Thai Baht (THB).
For orders to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your local thresholds if you are unsure.
