Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship
We deliver to Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Rates and delivery times
Thailand — free on all orders, 1–3 business days.
Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia — 200 THB, free on orders of
2,000 THB or more, 3–7 business days.

Order processing
All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days,
excluding weekends and Thai public holidays. You will receive tracking
details as soon as your order ships.

Express same-day delivery (Bangkok only)
If you require urgent delivery via Grab or Lalamove, we are happy to assist.
Express delivery is charged at cost and paid by the customer; we will confirm
the fee with you before booking.

Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes on international orders are set by the destination
country, are not included at checkout, and are the responsibility of the
recipient.
