Refund & Exchange Policy

At Alvinaster, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

Refunds

• Items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges or product swaps for other items of equal value (subject to availability).

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or custom-tailored products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
